McDonald’s, Uber and Johnson & Johnson no longer have chief marketing officers


The changing role of marketing is reflective of the huge variety of new ways to advertise to and communicate with consumers. There is now some new marketing technology (martech), for example, from software that personalizes websites for each visitor to tech that uses (AI) to create thousands of slightly different versions of an online ad. We have to think about this topic too.


What is Home Crown going to do for the marketing issue? Especially we are at our beginning. To keep up with the new way for the marketing, AI seems to be a very important role in this marketing field. For example, there are many CRM software to help the sales. It can send EDM automatically. It can boost the working efficiency for the sales. There is similar function for Wix website. We are using this part to promote ourselves. We believe it will help us to move further.
